Absolutely terrible from start to finish AVOID. Phone was faulty upon arrival (kept switching off). I rang the Ioutlet was told to return the phone and they would exchange or fix. Told not to send through ebay or they would only refund. Sent by SD £8.95 was assured they would refund the postage. Upon receiving the phone they refunded me phone only. Wasted the 20% ebay discount code. Aaisha reassured me they would refund the postage, they have not. Used to be a good company but terrible now.
