Good Feedback is important to us. Therefore, upon satisfactory receipt of your item, please could you leave us
some nice feedback, and we will do the same for you :) We offer excellent Customer Support, so if you're
unhappy with any aspect of your purchase/service, please get in touch with us so we can resolve it - before
leaving negative feedback/comments or low Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) - AKA Star * Ratings. Many Thanks!
- All our orders are sent with a proof of posting.
- You can request to have goods sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery (with tracking number) so a claim can be
made in the event of the item being lost. The cost for this is usually £1 more than the Standard delivery service.
- Once posted goods, they are in the hands of Royal Mail. Therefore, we are not liable for late deliveries or any
- We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 2-3 working days (except weekends).
- Goods are sent in the cheapest way - normally 2nd Class post (unless you select otherwise). We may also
sometimes use a private courier company instead of the Royal Mail.
- If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid
before the item is sent again.
- If item has not been received within 10 working days please contact us.
- We dispatch to the listed countries below. The vast majority of our listings already specify the postage rates to
Europe & Worldwide countries. However if a specific listing only specifies UK postage rates, you MUST request
the postage costs - either before or after your order (all international costs are fairly priced). We cannot send
your item if you live outside the UK (but choose a UK postage option) until you have paid the correct charge.

Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia,
South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA
- If an item is faulty, please contact us immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds should be issued if goods aren't as described.
- All Returns P&P costs are to be paid by the buyer.
- Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received
- Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
- Refunds will be given once item has been received back, it's advisable to send your item(s) by a trackable
method, as we cannot refund on goods not received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with
your return, for a faster refund.
